Limitation of Liability

Kimster Company S.a.r.l.-S endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The points of sale indicated on the interactive map are provided for information purposes only and may change without notice.

Applicable Law

The Site is governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

2. Terms and Conditions of Use (CGU / Terms of Use)

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the terms of access to and use of the website ked.lu.

Article 2: Acceptance of the TCU

Access to and use of the Site imply full and unconditional acceptance of these TCU. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the Site.

Article 3: Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. KED reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Site at any time without prior notice, for maintenance or any other reason.

Article 4: Use of the Site

  • The user undertakes to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its functionality.
  • Itinerary links open Google Maps, a service provided by Google and subject to Google’s terms of use. KED is not responsible for data or malfunctions related to this third-party service.
  • Any commercial use of the Site’s information (e.g. bulk extraction of points of sale) is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Article 5: Personal Data

Personal data collected on the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (section 3 below).

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (in particular the KED trademark) is the exclusive property of KED or its partners. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorisation.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

KED cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site, including inaccuracies on the points-of-sale map.

Article 8: Hypertext Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Kimster Company S.a.r.l.-S assumes no responsibility for their content.

Article 9: Modification of the TCU

KED reserves the right to modify the TCU at any time. Modifications will be published on the Site and will apply immediately upon publication.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TCU are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.

3. Privacy Policy

Kimster Company S.a.r.l.-S (trade name: KED), independent entrepreneur in Luxembourg, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Luxembourg legislation.

3.1 Data Controller

3.2 Data Collected

On this informational Site, we collect very little personal data:

  • Navigation data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, processed by the Site host (GitHub Pages) to deliver and secure the Site.
  • Cookies: the Site sets no cookies and embeds no third-party tracking service. Clicking an itinerary link opens Google Maps in a new tab; Google then processes your data under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

No contact form is present. No data is actively collected from you. We do not use Google Analytics or other advanced tracking tools.

3.3 Purposes of Processing

  • Ensure the functioning of the Site and the display of the interactive map.
  • Legal basis: legitimate interest (service operation). As no non-essential cookies are used, no consent is required.

3.4 Recipients of the Data

Your data may be shared with:

  • Technical service providers (Site host: GitHub).
  • Competent authorities in case of legal obligation.

No transfer outside the EU takes place without adequate safeguards.

3.5 Cookies

The Site uses no tracking or audience-measurement cookies.

No consent banner is required. You can nevertheless configure your browser to block or delete cookies.

3.6 Data Retention Period

Navigation data: retention period set by the Site host (GitHub), within the limits of its privacy policy.
